DEFINITIONS
Account means your registered subscription and user account with Forever Journey on the Website.
Gift Card(s) refers to the gift card purchased or received by you, together with its corresponding Gift Card Code.
Gift Card Code means the unique redemption code provided at the time of purchase or issuance of the Gift Card.
Remaining Gift Card Value means the unutilized balance of the Gift Card that remains available for redemption at any given time.

You / Your refers to the individual who owns, holds, or is authorized to use the Gift Card.
1. GIFT CARD REDEMPTION AND EXCLUSIONS
1.1 Redemption
Unless otherwise stated in these Terms, Gift Cards carry a monetary value and may be redeemed as a form of payment toward eligible purchases on the Website, subject to applicable exclusions.
1.2 Exclusions
Gift Cards are subject to the following limitations:
a. Gift Cards may only be redeemed for featured travel packages listed on the Forever Journey Website, up to the value stated on the Gift Card.
b. Defaced, damaged, altered, lost, or stolen Gift Cards or Gift Card Codes will not be replaced, refunded, or redeemed.
c. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or cash equivalents.
d. Gift Cards will expire three (3) years from the date of issue.
e. Any unused balance remaining on a Gift Card after redemption will not be refunded or credited in cash.
f. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards or combined with Forever Journey credits.
g. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for airfares, travel insurance, visas, or any ancillary services unless explicitly included within a featured package.
3. DIRECT MARKETING
3.1 Consent
You consent to Forever Journey collecting, using, and disclosing your Personal Information for Direct Marketing purposes, whether collected via phone, website, email, or other means, subject to this Privacy Policy.
