3. USER AGREEMENT

4. REGISTRATION & ACCOUNT SECURITY
To purchase products or access restricted areas, you must register and provide accurate Personal Information, including your name and valid email address.

You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. Forever Journey is not liable for unauthorized account use. Notify us immediately of any suspected breach.
5. ELIGIBILITY & LEGAL CAPACITY

6. WEBSITE ACCESS & USE

7. PRICING & PAYMENTS

Prices may change without notice until booking confirmation is issued.
Full payment is required before confirmation.
Failure of payment authorization may result in booking cancellation.
8. BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATIONS
Booking confirmation constitutes acceptance of:

Fare rules and restrictions.
Forever Journey is not responsible for a supplier’s failure to honor bookings.
Booking confirmations:
Are non-transferable;
Cannot be redeemed for cash;
Are subject to supplier availability.
Lost or stolen confirmations are not the responsibility of Forever Journey.
9. BUY NOW – BOOK LATER
“Buy Now, Book Later” purchases are treated as Forever Journey Credit:
Valid for 12 months from purchase unless stated otherwise;
Non-refundable after expiry.
Failure to present confirmation at check-in will not entitle you to a refund.
10. CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Change of Date
One date change permitted (minimum 21 days before travel);
Subject to availability and equal value;
Not applicable to tours, cruises, or last-minute deals.
Cancellation Charges
25% once booking is confirmed
30–16 days: 50%
15–8 days: 75%
7–0 days: 100%
Visa fees & service charges are non-refundable
Refunds are processed within 30 business days, subject to supplier deductions.
11. PASSPORTS, VISAS & HEALTH
You are solely responsible for:
Passport validity;
Visa requirements;
Health clearances and vaccinations.
Visa approval does not guarantee entry. Forever Journey is not liable for refusals, detentions, or deportations.
12. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Forever Journey does not guarantee insurance coverage or claim approval.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Forever Journey is not liable for:
Acts or omissions of suppliers;
Delays, cancellations, or force majeure events;
Loss, injury, illness, or death not caused by its direct negligence.
All travel services are used at your own risk.
14. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Forever Journey harmless against any claims, losses, damages, or legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of services.
15. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Forever Journey does not control or endorse such content and is not responsible for their practices.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Website content, trademarks, logos, and materials are the intellectual property of Forever Journey or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
By submitting content or testimonials, you grant Forever Journey a perpetual, royalty-free right to use such material for marketing and promotional purposes.

By tagging @foreverjourney or using related hashtags, you grant Forever Journey permission to repost your content across digital and print platforms unless explicitly revoked.
